Assistant Manager

We are based out in Sahajog Nagar, specifically at house number E 4, in the Budharaja area of Sambalpur. I work as an assistant manager here. Sambalpur is a place where many people know each other, and our office is no different from the rest of the neighborhood. It is a small operation, mostly handling the day-to-day logistics and making sure the staff has what they need to do their jobs. We are not some big multinational firm with a lot of rules. We are just a local team trying to keep the business running as smoothly as possible. I spend my time checking the schedules and making sure the orders are actually going out. Budharaja is a nice part of town, quite peaceful compared to the main market area. I usually walk to work since I live quite close by. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and the extra chairs we keep for visitors, but it works for us. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, you will probably just see me or one of the other guys sitting at our desks. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the daily news while we work. It is a very casual environment, but we always get the work done. I have been the assistant manager here for a while, so I know the routine by heart now. We just keep our heads down and get on with it.
