We operate out of House No 123 B in Pocket C II. This is in Mayur Vihar Phase III, Delhi. It’s a residential area, so it feels very much like a home office. Being Asian Sourcing Development Agencies involves a lot of phone work. We spend hours talking to suppliers and checking on where different goods are. The house is often filled with samples of things we are sourcing. You might see boxes of fabric or small hardware items sitting on the dining table. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we make it work. Delhi weather can be pretty extreme, so we’ve got a good cooler running during the summer months. We handle a lot of paperwork to make sure things get through customs and reach the right people. It’s a lot of tracking numbers and following up on emails. We don't have a big corporate lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks with piles of folders. We know the neighbors and the local delivery guys by name. It’s a small operation where everyone does a bit of everything. We might be checking a contract one minute and then packing a box the next. It’s just how we get things done here. We stay busy and keep the shipments moving as best as we can.
