We are located on the third floor of M 45 in Sriniwaspuri, New Delhi. This area is quite dense and has a lot of character, which reflects in our office too. We focus on organization and development, but if you walked in, you might just think it’s a regular small office. There are stacks of folders, a few whiteboards with scribbled notes, and chairs that have been moved around a hundred times. The climb up to the third floor keeps us active, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We don't have a giant staff or a fancy boardroom. Most of our meetings happen around a central table that’s usually covered in tea cups and printouts. The traffic noise from the New Delhi streets is always there in the background, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We spend our hours looking at how groups work together and trying to help them fix things that aren't going well. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. We don't use a lot of polished corporate language because that’s not who we are. We are just a team of people in a small Delhi office trying to be useful. The lights sometimes flicker when the building's load is high, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We like the neighborhood because everything we need is just a short walk away. It’s a busy life here.
