You can find us at Ajmeri Gate, which is a very busy part of the city. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite a while now. If you’ve ever been to Ajmeri Gate, you know how crowded and loud it can get with all the vendors and the traffic. Our office is right in the middle of all that chaos. We do import and export work, which basically means a lot of paperwork and checking on boxes. The space we have isn't very big, and it’s often stacked high with files and samples. It’s definitely not a polished or fancy place to work. We spend a lot of time talking to customs people and transport drivers. Sometimes the shipments are late and we have to spend the whole day on the phone trying to figure out where things went wrong. It can be stressful, but that’s just the nature of the business. We don't use any fancy software to manage things; we mostly rely on our old notebooks and the experience we’ve gathered over the years. The staff here is small but we’ve worked together for so long that we don’t really need to say much to know what needs to be done. It’s just a typical day at Ajmeri Gate for us, trying to move goods from one place to another without getting too caught up in the noise.
