Asa Associates

We are over at C 396 in Saraswati Vihar. It’s a typical residential neighborhood, which makes for a pretty calm place to work. We go by the name Asa Associates. There are just a few of us here, and we don't have any big corporate hierarchy. Our office is basically a few rooms in the house that we’ve converted into a workspace. We’ve got our computers, some filing cabinets, and a big table where we sit and talk through our projects. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits. We usually just dress casually and get to work. The street outside is usually quiet during the day, except for the occasional delivery truck or a neighbor walking their dog. We’ve been in Saraswati Vihar for several years now, so we feel like part of the furniture. We don't spend money on big ads or marketing campaigns. Instead, we just focus on the work that’s on our desks. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about things other than work. It keeps the environment friendly and not too stiff. We don't like using complicated business words. We just say things like they are. It’s a straightforward setup and it works well for us. We just keep things moving along and do what we can every day. Most of our clients are just people we've known for a long time through the neighborhood.
