We have been operating out of Okhla Industrial Estate Phase II and also have our spot over in Patperganj at FIE 210, plus the Mumbai side on P B Marg in Worli. It sounds like a lot, but we are just regular people working in the industrial zones. Our daily life involves a lot of shipping crates, paperwork, and technical components. In the Okhla shop, the air always smells a bit like solder and metal. It’s not a fancy showroom. We have workbenches and shelves filled with parts that most people wouldn't even recognize. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists to make sure we have what is needed for the orders. It’s a busy environment with trucks coming and going. Sometimes the heat in the warehouse gets to be a bit much, but we have our fans running. We don't have a marketing department writing things for us. We just know our way around electronic components and power systems. People come to us because we have been at these addresses for a long time and they know we are usually around when something is needed. We deal with other businesses mostly, so things are kept very practical. There are no suits or ties here, just work clothes and a lot of coffee to keep us moving. It's hard work, and sometimes things get delayed or a bit chaotic, but that is just the nature of the industrial areas we work in.
