Arora Mill Store

Arora Mill Store is located right at 395, Hauz Quazi Chowk. If you have ever been to this part of the city, you know how incredibly busy and crowded it can get. It is an old area with narrow streets that are always full of people, carts, and vehicles. Our shop is filled from the floor all the way to the ceiling with different items. It looks like a bit of a maze inside, but we know exactly where every single piece of stock is kept. The noise from the chowk is always there in the background, with horns honking and people shouting throughout the day. We have been here for many years and have seen many other shops around us change hands. We still do things the traditional way, mostly using paper ledgers to keep track of everything. We don't have a website or do any online marketing. People just know to come to the chowk and look for number 395. It is a small space, and it can get quite hot during the summer when there isn't much of a breeze. We usually share a cup of tea in the afternoon while we wait for the next customer. We know the other shopkeepers around here, and we all look out for one another. It is a tight community, even if it looks like chaos to someone visiting.
