We’ve been based in Vijay Vihar for several years now, specifically over in Sector 23. Our office isn't anything too special, just a quiet place where we sit down and go through files and paperwork. Being a consultant sounds more complicated than it actually is. Most of what we do is just listening to what people need and then figuring out the right way to handle the bureaucracy or the planning. We deal with a lot of local folks who are trying to get their own projects started. It’s a lot of phone calls and making sure the dates on documents are correct. We don't have a huge staff or a lobby with a fountain. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we have to walk down the street to the local stall, which is a nice break anyway. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to find us. We don't try to sound like those big firms in the city center. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. If someone has a question about a permit or a business plan, we look it up and give them a straight answer. It’s about being helpful and keeping things moving.
