We are located at S 95 in Panchsheel Park which is in New Delhi 17. This is a well known area but our office is pretty low key and quiet. We handle realty stuff from this spot and the building is one of those classic South Delhi structures. It has been our base for a while now. We don't go in for big advertising or flashy signs on the road. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking past S 95 during the day. The office inside is comfortable but very simple. We have a few tables for meetings and a lot of maps and property documents lying around on the desks. Panchsheel Park is a nice place to work because it is green and relatively quiet compared to the rest of the city. We spend our days talking to people about property and looking at different sites across the city. The team is small and consists of a handful of us who know the local market well. We aren't corporate types who wear suits all the time. We are just practical people who know how the real estate business works in this part of Delhi. Sometimes we are out on the field more than we are in the office. It is a steady way of working for us. We have stayed right here while the neighborhood changed.
