Our office for Applied Research International Pvt Ltd is located at C 42 in Sector 19. This is in the Noida area of Uttar Pradesh. Sector 19 is a pretty established part of the city with a lot of other businesses around. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time now. It’s a straightforward professional space where we do research work that goes out to different international clients. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls or modern lounge areas. It is mostly just rows of desks with computers and some filing cabinets for our records. The atmosphere is usually quiet because people are focused on their data and reports. We have a small break area where we can have our tea, but mostly we are at our stations. The building is easy to recognize once you are in the right block of Sector 19. Noida can get very hot in the summer, so we are glad for the air conditioning inside. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. We just show up, do our research, and make sure the information is accurate. It’s a practical way to run a business. Most of the staff live nearby or commute in using the local transport. We have a routine that works for us and we just stick to it. It’s a reliable place for the people who work here and we like the simplicity of the setup.
