We are based out of Mohan Garden in Uttam Nagar. Specifically, you can find us at L 2 6E St No 4 on Zaildar Raghubir Singh Marg. It's a bit of a long address to write out on an envelope, but the locals around here know the area pretty well. We spend our days helping people find jobs and helping companies find the right staff. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and looking through endless stacks of resumes. Uttam Nagar is always crowded and moving, which really suits the kind of work we do. We don't have a corporate office in a glass tower or anything like that. It’s just a simple setup where we can sit down and talk to people who are looking for work. Sometimes it's difficult because the job market changes so fast, but we try our best to keep up. We've been in this street for a while now. Usually, there's a lot of coming and going in the office. We see all kinds of people every week. Some are just starting their careers and some have many years of experience. We just try to match them up with whatever is available. It’s a lot of checking and double-checking. The office is practical, nothing too flashy. We have a few desks and chairs and a whole lot of filing cabinets. Every day feels different because you never know who is going to walk through the door. It's a busy life here in New Delhi.
