You can find us at Plot No.-1810 on the first floor near the Government School in Bhagirath Palace. This part of Chandni Chowk is always a bit of a mess with people and carts everywhere. Getting up to our office involves climbing a narrow flight of stairs that are a bit steep. Once you’re inside, it’s a fairly small space packed with desks and shelves. We share the floor with a few other businesses, so there’s always someone walking past the door. Because we are so close to the school, we hear the kids during their breaks and the sound of the traffic from the main road. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. The lighting is a bit dim because the windows are small, but we have enough lamps to get by. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine. We usually just send someone down to the street to grab tea for everyone in the afternoon. The walls are covered in calendars and old notes we’ve pinned up over the months. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is kept. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been here for a while. We do our own cleaning and we handle all the phone calls ourselves. It’s a busy, cramped, and noisy spot, but it’s where we get our work done every day.
