You can find us at 962 in Sector 8 over in Faridabad. It is a pretty simple place where we manage various infrastructure and property projects. Haryana is home for us, and we have spent a lot of time working on the ground here. There is always something that needs fixing or a plan that needs adjusting. Building things isn't as easy as it looks on paper, so we spend a lot of time troubleshooting. The office is usually cluttered with blueprints and site reports. We aren't big on decorations; we just need enough space to sit down and figure out the next steps for whatever we are working on. Being in Sector 8 makes it easy to get around to our different sites. Some days the heat is a bit much, but the work has to happen regardless. We deal with all the usual bits and pieces of property development. People stop by sometimes to ask about local land or how their project is going. We don't have a receptionist or anything, so whoever is free usually answers the door. It is just a practical space for practical work. Most of our neighbors are other local businesses or families who have lived here forever. We like the area and the people. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it soon as we can.
