Our office is over at Ashoka Enclave II in Sector 37, specifically on the second floor of B 43. Manish Srivastava runs things here in Faridabad. It’s a pretty standard setup for a property and infrastructure business. We spend most of our time dealing with local projects and making sure the sites are moving along. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the neighborhood, though it’s mostly just other houses and the street. It’s a quiet area compared to some other parts of the city. We’ve been part of this community for some time now. Some days are just filled with phone calls and checking on supplies. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we know. We don’t have a big flashy showroom or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps and project plans spread out. Sometimes visitors get a bit lost finding the right block, but once they’re here, it’s straightforward. We handle the usual property stuff that comes up. It takes a lot of patience to deal with building regulations and site visits. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized. If you’re in Sector 37, you’ve probably walked past us without realizing. That’s just fine with us, we like keeping things low-key. We just keep working away at our projects and dealing with whatever comes across the desk each morning.
