We’re based in Naveen Kunj, specifically unit 401, over in Naseerpur, Dwarka. Being in New Delhi means it’s always a bit of a rush outside, but inside our office, we try to keep things focused. We deal with property and infrastructure, which means there’s always a lot to keep track of. It’s a lot of paperwork, maps, and talking to different people about land and buildings. Our space is tucked away in a residential society, so it feels more like a home than a cold corporate office. We’ve been in this part of Dwarka for a good while, and we’ve seen the area change a lot since the early days. We don't have a huge staff with fancy titles; it’s just a few of us making sure everything is in order. Sometimes the printers act up or the internet goes slow when it rains, but we just get on with it. We aren't here to give you a big sales pitch or talk you into something you don't need. We just show the properties and handle the details that come with them. It can be a bit stressful during the busy months, but we like the work. There’s a certain routine to it that we’ve grown to appreciate over the years. We drink our tea, answer the phones, and try to make sure we don't lose any important documents in the shuffle. It’s a practical office for practical people who need help with property matters.
