Annex Facility Management Pvt Ltd

Based out of Dwarka, specifically over in Sector 12, Annex Facility Management Pvt Ltd handles all the boring stuff that keeps a building running. We are at 140 Pocket 1, and if you know this part of New Delhi 75, you know how busy it gets around here. Our day usually starts pretty early because maintenance doesn't really wait for anyone. We’ve got guys who know how to fix a leaky pipe and others who spend their whole day making sure the hallways stay clean. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. The office is mostly just a place for us to keep our tools and schedule the shifts. We spend most of our time out at the actual sites anyway. Dealing with plumbing, electricity, or just making sure the security guards are where they should be takes up most of the hours. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. Sometimes we run out of something simple like light bulbs and someone has to run out and grab them. We’ve been in this pocket of Dwarka for some time now. People around here know us as the ones who handle the repairs. We don’t use any big words to describe it. We just make sure things don't break, and if they do, we try to get them fixed fast. It’s a lot of walking around, checking lists, and making sure the buildings are actually looked after.
