Anit Bhati

My name is Anit Bhati and you can find me over at Patiala House Courts, specifically at number 268. It’s a hectic place to be most days of the week. There are always people rushing around and a lot of noise in the hallways. I’ve been stationed here for a good amount of time now. Working in the courts is different from a regular office job because something is always changing. I spend most of my mornings and afternoons right here at this spot. It’s a small space, but it serves the purpose for what I need to do. I don’t spend much time on the computer if I can help it, mostly just dealing with the paperwork and talking to people who come by. It’s a practical setup. I’ve gotten to know the other folks around the 268 area pretty well over the years. We all just try to get through the day’s work without too much trouble. Sometimes it’s quiet, but that doesn't last long. I don’t have any fancy brochures or anything to show off. I just show up, do what needs to be done at my desk, and go home. If you are looking for me, I am usually tucked away in that corner of the building. It’s just how things go here at Patiala House. I’ve been at this desk for a while and it feels like a second home now.
