Anindus Pvt Ltd is based out of C151 in Dashrath Puri, which is over by Dwarka. It’s one of those parts of town where there’s always some construction going on or a road being dug up. Our office is inside a regular-looking building. We’ve been here for a while, and the place has started to feel like a second home for most of us. We have a few desks, some old computers, and a small area where we keep our files. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a magazine, but it works for what we need to do. Every morning starts with opening the shutters and letting some air in before the sun gets too high. We handle various business services, though it’s mostly just administrative stuff that keeps the wheels turning. The team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the phone or filing papers. We usually get our tea from the stall at the corner because their kettle is always hot. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep our clients satisfied without making a big fuss about it.
