Our office for Anand Ultima Builders Pvt Limited is located in the Janakpuri District Centre at number 404. If you have ever been to Janakpuri, you know the District Centre is a big landmark with lots of different businesses. We are just one of the many offices in that building. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the busy streets below. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some blueprints lying around and some desks for the staff. It’s a place where we plan things and meet with people about building projects. We don’t have a fancy showroom with expensive models. We prefer to spend our time on the actual construction details. My day usually involves a lot of paperwork and talking to the site managers. It can get a bit hectic when we have several things going on at once. The District Centre is a convenient spot because it’s easy for people to find us. We’ve been at 404 for a while now. The elevators can be a bit slow in the afternoons when everyone is going for lunch. We usually just bring our own food or grab something quick from one of the stalls nearby. It’s a hardworking environment and we just focus on getting the buildings done right without any extra fuss. We keep it simple and honest with everyone.
