An Executive Search Firm

We have been working out of Tagore Garden Extension for quite some time now. C 40 is where we handle all our desk work. It’s a busy spot in New Delhi, and we spend most of our days here talking to people and looking through files. Being an executive search firm sounds fancy, but really it’s just us trying to find the right person for a job that needs filling. Sometimes it takes all day on the phone. The office isn't huge, but it fits us. New Delhi 27 is a good area to be in. We get a lot of traffic nearby, but inside it’s just our small team. We focus on finding managers and leaders for other companies. It involves a lot of reading resumes and checking backgrounds. We don't have a big shiny lobby or anything. It’s just a practical space where we can focus on the tasks. Usually, people call us when they can't find who they need on their own. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. If you come by the Tagore Garden office, you’ll probably see us with heaps of papers and several cups of tea. It's a lot of matching names to roles and making sure everyone is happy with the fit. We’ve been at this long enough to know how the neighborhood works and where to find the people who are looking for a career change.
