You can find us over at J 1 368 on the first floor of the DDA Flats in Kalkaji. Being in a residential complex like this makes the workday feel a bit different than being in a big glass tower. We see the same neighbors every morning when we arrive, and there’s a sense of being part of the local community here in New Delhi. The office itself is functional and straightforward. We have enough space for our computers and all the files we have to manage for American Express. Since we are on the first floor, we don't have to worry too much if the lift isn't working, which happens sometimes in these older DDA buildings. The rooms have large windows, so we get a decent amount of natural light during the day, though the view is just of other flats and a few trees. It’s a practical setup for the kind of administrative work we handle. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or a lobby. We just focus on getting through the paperwork and answering the phones when they ring. It gets a bit hot in the summer months, but we have our AC units running to keep things manageable. It’s a steady, quiet environment for the most part, and we like that we can just get our tasks done without too much fuss.
