American Express

Over at 313 Sainik Vihar, we have our little setup for American Express. This part of Delhi is a bit more tucked away, which we honestly prefer. The building is simple, and we have been here long enough that the walls could probably tell a few stories of their own. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to polish our image for the public. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of documents that need organizing. Every day follows pretty much the same routine. We come in, open the shutters, and start going through the messages that came in overnight. It gets very busy during the middle of the month, but we usually find a way to stay on top of things. The desks are a bit cluttered with pens, notebooks, and old staplers. We still use paper lists for a lot of stuff because it’s just easier to see everything at once. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a big global name to be, but that is the reality of how we operate here. We focus on the local clients and the tasks right in front of us. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play cricket nearby and a ball might hit the wall, but that’s just life in Sainik Vihar. We aren't fancy, and we don't try to be. It is just a practical place to work.
