American Express Bank

Our office is tucked away on Street Number 5, right near Lalita Park in Laxmi Nagar. It’s a busy spot in Delhi, and you can always hear the traffic from the main road if the windows are open. We’ve been at I 95 for some time now, doing the banking work for American Express. It’s not a shiny corporate tower; it’s more of a local setup where we deal with the everyday realities of banking. We spend a lot of time on the phones or typing away at the keyboards. The desk chairs are a bit old, but they do the job. We get a lot of people coming in because they’re confused about a statement or need to update some info. Since we’re near the park, it’s a bit greener than some other parts of the city, which is a relief in the summer. We keep our files organized, though the stack never seems to get any smaller. There’s a small shop around the corner where we get our samosas in the afternoon. It’s just the usual office life here. We don't have fancy brochures or a lobby with a fountain. It's just a place where the work happens, one file at a time. We try to stay focused even when it gets loud outside. That’s just life in Laxmi Nagar for us. It is quite basic, but it serves the purpose for everyone involved.
