Ambica Polymers

Badli Industrial Area Phase Ll 1 is where we spend all our time. Ambica Polymers is basically just a few big machines and a lot of raw material bags stacked up against the walls. If you come to our unit, you’ll hear the constant humming of the extruders. It’s loud and usually pretty warm in there, especially in the afternoons. We started out small and just stayed in this same spot because it’s easy for the trucks to find us. The floor is usually covered in little plastic bits, and the workers are always busy moving stuff around. It isn't a clean, quiet office. It's a factory. We deal with a lot of suppliers and buyers who come through the industrial area every day. Sometimes the power goes out, which is a pain, but we just wait it out and get back to work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us and the machines. We make what people ask for and try to keep the quality decent enough so they come back. My desk is right near the main door so I can see who is coming in. The street outside gets quite muddy when it rains, making it hard for the loaders. We just focus on the daily production and making sure the orders are ready before the sun goes down. It's simple work but it keeps us occupied.
