Our office is at R 10 in Bhikaji Cama Place. If you know Delhi at all, you already know how hectic and crowded this area can get. It is all concrete buildings and people rushing around constantly. We have been operating out of this specific spot for a long time. We handle various bits of associate work, which basically means a lot of meetings, phone calls, and endless paperwork. The office isn't very big at all, and it is usually packed with folders and boxes. We have a few old ceiling fans that make a bit too much noise, but they keep the air moving when it gets humid. Dealing with the atmosphere of Bhikaji Cama Place is just a part of the job. You get used to the sounds of the city and the traffic after a while. We are not some high-profile firm with a sleek, modern interior. Our furniture is functional and looks like it has been through a lot over the years. We spend our days talking to people and sorting out whatever files come across our desks. Sometimes we go downstairs for a quick tea from the local stall when we need a break. It is a very standard way of working. No big missions or vision statements here. We just show up, do the work for the people who need it, and then head home in the evening traffic. R 10 is a small space, but it works.
