Alphabeta Placements

We are over at House Number 8 in Baba Colony, which is in the Burari area of Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood, and our office is right in the middle of it. We spend our days talking to people who are looking for work and companies that need more staff. It’s a lot of matching people up and checking resumes on our old computers. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of phone chargers plugged in everywhere. We get people coming in from all over the area hoping to find something better than what they have now. It’s not always easy, but we do what we can. We aren't a big fancy agency with a view; we are just on a regular street in Burari. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but we just keep at it and use our mobile data when needed. We talk to a lot of different people every day, from young kids looking for their first job to older folks trying to switch careers. It’s interesting to hear their stories and see what they are looking for. We don't make any big promises, we just try to help them find a spot that fits. The colony is crowded and noisy, but we like the energy. It keeps us moving. We don't have a big sign, so you have to look for the house number carefully. We just try to be helpful.
