We operate out of New Delhi, which is a city that never really stops moving. It is a big place, and we are just one small part of the busy landscape here. Our office isn't located in one of those fancy high-rise buildings you see in the news. It is a practical space where we spend most of our waking hours. Alok H Aggarwal started this and he is still the one calling the shots and making sure everything is in order. The air in Delhi can be quite thick, and the noise from the street is always there, but you get used to it. Inside our walls, it is mostly quiet except for the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone ringing. We keep things simple. There are no lounge areas or bean bags here. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. If the water cooler runs out, someone just goes and fixes it. It is that kind of place. We don't really do much in the way of advertising because word of mouth seems to work okay for us. People know where we are if they need us. It’s a tough city to navigate sometimes, with the heat and the crowds, but we’ve carved out our own little corner and it works for us.
