We are located at B 118, S 3 in Shalimar Garden Extension 2. It’s over in Sahibabad, which is part of Ghaziabad. Our building is just a regular one on a typical street. We’ve been operating out of here for some time now. The neighborhood is a mix of people living and working, so there's always a bit of noise from the street. At Alcon India, we just focus on our daily tasks and making sure we get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters with a lobby and a fountain. It’s just a place where we come to work every morning. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it like everyone else in UP does. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just do our jobs. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through documents. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. If you are looking for us, look for the Shalimar Garden sign and then find Extension 2. We’re tucked away in one of those blocks. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we handle. No bells and whistles, just a solid place to get things done. We try to keep it simple and stay out of the way.
