We are over at B 40, First Floor, in a part of New Delhi that stays busy from morning till night. Working in project services means our days are never quite the same. One day we are dealing with logistics and the next we are sorting out site reports. The office here in Delhi is where all the thinking and planning happens. It’s not a very large space, just enough for our desks and a small area to have tea and talk about the day's tasks. We have a lot of maps and charts pinned up on the walls to help us keep track of where everything is. It feels like a real workspace, not a showroom. We deal with all sorts of people, from contractors to office managers, and it requires a bit of patience. Sometimes the heat in Delhi makes everyone a bit grumpy, but we just keep the water bottles full and get on with it. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the local area well. It’s a lot of hard work and making sure the details don't get lost. We don't use a lot of fancy words for what we do. We just make sure the projects we are given actually get finished on time and according to the notes we made. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough to not worry about much else besides the next task.
