We are located at C 375 Brij Vihar, which is right by Surya Nagar on the edge of Uttar Pradesh. It’s a decent little spot for a travel office. Most of the day is spent looking at screens, trying to find the right routes or better prices for people who walk in. It’s not like those big fancy travel agencies you see in malls. We have a few desks, some old maps on the wall, and a lot of printed itineraries scattered around. People come in wanting to visit family or go on a holiday, and we just sit down and figure it out with them. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking site crashes, and we have to apologize and try again. It can be stressful when someone’s flight gets canceled and they are calling us late at night, but that’s just the nature of this job. We’ve been in this Brij Vihar neighborhood long enough that we know the regulars who come by just to ask about train tickets or passport stuff. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of typing. We try to stay organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried under brochures and printouts from the morning. It feels good when someone comes back from a trip and tells us it went well. We just keep things moving, one booking at a time. It’s just us doing our thing in our corner of Surya Nagar.
