We operate from Shama Apartments in Johri Farms, specifically at unit D25. It’s in the Okhla area, which is always humming with activity. We are a group of companies, but it feels more like a small family business when you walk inside. We handle a bit of everything, from general trading to helping people with local services. The apartment serves as our main hub. It’s a bit cramped because we have so many files and samples lying around, but it works for us. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the neighbors. Most days involve a lot of tea and even more phone calls. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. We just do our business and try to keep our clients satisfied. It can get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of projects going at once, but we always find what we need eventually. My nephew helps with the computer stuff because some of us aren't great with the new software. We don't try to sound like a big multinational. We’re just a group of people working out of Okhla, trying to make things happen. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. That’s just life here. We just take things one day at a time and finish our tasks.
