Ajay Interiors

Ajay Interiors is located at Vishnu Garden F 3. I started this because I liked working with my hands and seeing how a room changes when you put in a bit of effort. The workshop in Vishnu Garden is where I keep all my tools and the different material samples. It’s usually a bit messy with wood shavings or fabric bits, but that’s a sign that we are actually working. I don't have a big showroom. If people want to see what I do, I usually show them photos or take them to a site I’m currently finishing. I spend a lot of time traveling between different houses and shops. It’s hard work and the days are long, but I like it better than sitting behind a desk. F 3 is just a small space, but it’s enough for me. I don't use any fancy sales talk to get jobs. I just talk to people and we figure out what they need for their space. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery is late or a measurement is off by a tiny bit, but we always fix it. It’s just a regular local business. We are not trying to be some famous design firm. We just want to do decent work in the neighborhood and keep the lights on. It’s honest work and that is enough for me and the guys who help me out.
