Down in Sagarpur West, you can find us at Rz C 21 in Rohilla House. It’s a bit of a tight spot with all the traffic in New Delhi 46, but we make it work. Every morning starts with a cup of tea before the first person comes in asking why their balance is low. We deal with a lot of different people, from students needing more data for their classes to older folks who just want to hear their grandkids' voices. It isn't always easy because sometimes the systems are slow, but we do what we can. The shop isn't very large, but it's enough for what we do. We've got the usual posters on the walls and a couple of chairs if you have to wait. Being in Rohilla House means we see a lot of the same neighbors every day. It’s a real community vibe here in West Delhi. We don’t use any big words or fancy promises; we just try to fix the problem you’re having with your phone or your plan. If a SIM card isn't activating, we stay on it until it does. Sometimes we stay open a bit late if someone really needs a recharge. That’s just life in Sagarpur. We are just local people working here, trying to keep everyone in the area connected to their networks without making things more complicated than they need to be. We just get on with it and wait for tomorrow.
