Airtel Process

Kalka Ji is a famous part of New Delhi, and that is where E 54 is located. This is the Airtel Process office. Delhi is a city that never really stops, and it feels like that here too. We are tucked away in this building, handling the backend processes. It is a lot of data entry and checking systems. The office is often filled with the sound of keyboards clicking. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just some old calendars and a few notices. The commute to Kalka Ji can be rough depending on the metro or the traffic on the main roads. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been here for years and some new faces. We take our lunch breaks together mostly, talking about everything from the weather to the latest news. It is an honest day's work. The building is a bit cramped, and the lighting could be better, but we are used to it by now. We don't try to impress anyone with a corporate look. We just focus on getting the process work done correctly so there are no errors later on. It is a very practical environment. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when the systems are slow, but we just wait it out and keep going. That is just life in a Delhi office. We keep some snacks in the drawer for when the afternoon hunger hits us.
