This branch of the Airports Authority Of India is over in Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi. It’s a pretty well-known area and easy to get to. The office here is mainly used for coordinating some of the regional activities. It’s a functional space, nothing too special to look at. We have the usual desks, chairs, and stacks of files that you would expect in any administrative office. Most of the people working here have been with the authority for a good number of years, so there’s a lot of experience in the room. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get the work done. Dwarka is a large suburb, and Sector 7 has a lot of other offices and shops around it. We usually start our day around nine and stay until the work is finished. There isn't much in the way of customer service in the traditional sense, as we mostly deal with internal logistics and planning. Sometimes we have visitors from other departments coming in for meetings. The atmosphere is generally quiet, though it can get a bit hectic when there’s a major project update or a deadline. We just focus on our tasks and keep things moving. It’s a straightforward office environment where we handle the day-to-day requirements of the aviation sector in this region. We aren't here to impress anyone, just to manage the tasks we are given.
