We run our logistics operations out of the IGNOU Housing Complex in Maidan Garhi. Specifically, we’re in Yamuna Block, at I-01. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a transport company, being tucked away in a residential area, but it works for us. The pace here is a bit different than the big industrial hubs. We handle a lot of coordination for shipments and moving goods around the city and beyond. Most of our time is spent on the phone or tracking packages on the screen. The room is usually full of maps and lists of drivers. New Delhi is a huge place to navigate, so we have to stay on top of things. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of trees around the complex, which is a nice change from the dusty roads. We don't have a massive warehouse on-site; this is more of our nerve center. Sometimes the neighbors wonder what all the phone calls are about, but we’ve been here long enough that everyone knows us. We aren't corporate types in suits. We usually just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. It’s a practical setup that lets us stay focused on getting things where they need to go. If we need a break, we just walk around the block for a few minutes to clear our heads. It keeps the stress levels down when things get really busy.
