We’ve been here in Vasant Kunj for a while now, tucked away in Sector A. It’s a flat, really, not some big glass building you might expect. Most people find us by looking for Pocket B, near the local market area. It gets pretty busy around here in the afternoons, especially when the neighbors are out and about. We mostly handle the day-to-day stuff people need with their mobile connections. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but we get through it. It isn't always quiet because the walls aren't that thick, but it’s a good spot to work from. We’ve got a small team here. We mostly just drink tea and talk to whoever walks through the door needing help with their signal or a new card. New Delhi is always moving fast, but inside our little flat, things are a bit more relaxed. We try to keep things simple. If you're looking for us, just head toward the residential blocks. It looks like any other home from the outside until you see the small sign we put up. It’s been our base for years. We know the milkman and the guards by name now. It’s just how things are in this part of the city. We don’t have fancy coffee machines, just a kettle that takes its time. It works for us. We just do what we can to help people out and keep the lights on.
