We spend most of our days here in Safdarjung Enclave, specifically on the third floor of the B 110 building in Krishna Nagar. If you look to the left side when you get up there, that is where you will find our office. We have been operating Afii Corporate Advisors Limited from this spot for quite a while now. It’s a busy area in New Delhi, and the atmosphere in our office reflects that. We handle a lot of paperwork and meetings related to corporate advisory work. It is not always glamorous, mostly just us sitting at our desks making sure everything is in order for the people we help. The stairs can be a bit much sometimes, especially when it is hot outside, but we are used to the climb by now. The neighborhood has its own rhythm, and we are just a small part of the daily bustle. We do not have fancy lobbies or any of that high-end corporate decor. It is just a functional workspace where the team gathers every morning. Usually, there is a lot of tea going around and the constant sound of keyboards clicking away. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have some fans that keep the air moving enough. We try to keep things simple and just get through the tasks we have for the day. Living and working in this part of Delhi means dealing with the traffic and the noise, but we actually like it here. It is our home base. There is no big corporate mystery about what we do. We just help with business matters from this small corner of the city. Most of us have been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our names.
