Our place is at D 12 in Dhaka, Kingsway Camp, which is in the North Delhi area. It’s a classic Delhi neighborhood, very close to the university area, so there’s always a lot of students and young people around. D 12 is a regular building on a regular street. Aes Laboratories Pvt Ltd has been here for some time now. We aren't in a big industrial park; we’re right there in the middle of the residential and local commercial mix. It makes the workday feel a bit more grounded. You hear the vegetable sellers and the rickshaws all day long. Inside, we have our desks and our equipment. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes, especially when we have a lot of work coming in at once. We don't really have a reception area or anything like that. You just walk in and we’re all right there working. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the files are stacked a bit high, but we know our way around. We like being in Kingsway Camp because it’s easy to get to and there’s always something happening. It’s not a polished corporate office, but it’s where we get things done. We’re just a local lab doing our bit in the Dhaka locality. It’s a simple, honest setup for us. We just stick to our routine and keep the lab running as best as we can.
