Aegis Bpo Noida

This is Aegis Bpo Noida, even though we are actually located up in Rishikesh at the Nirmal Ashram Hospital in Mayakund. It is a bit of a different setting for a BPO, being so close to a hospital and in a city like Rishikesh. The air feels a bit better here than in the big cities, though it can get very busy with all the people coming to the ashram and the hospital. Our office is a modest space where we have set up our systems and desks. We mainly deal with data and communication tasks that come in from the main branch. The hospital being right there means it is usually quite peaceful in our immediate area, apart from the occasional ambulance or visitors walking by. We do not have a lot of extra space, so we keep things organized as best as we can. The desks are a bit old and the chairs might squeak, but they do the job. During lunch, we often walk out towards the river or just sit near the hospital gates to get some sun. It is a very straightforward environment without any corporate polish or fancy decorations on the walls. We are just a small team of local staff who show up and handle the daily workload. It is a decent place to work and we appreciate being in such a unique location for this kind of business.
