Adventity Kpo

We are located at 16 18 Windsor Apartment on Gulmohar Rd. It’s over in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Working out of an apartment building gives things a different feel than a glass tower. It’s more relaxed and feels like a neighborhood spot. We spend most of our time here processing information and dealing with back-office tasks for the KPO side of things. The Gulmohar Road area gets pretty lively in the evenings. We see families walking and people out at the local markets. Our space at Adventity Kpo isn't huge, but we have enough room for our computers and a small pantry. Sometimes the parking downstairs is a bit of a mess, but we manage. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too soul-crushing. We like that we can just walk out and find something decent to eat for lunch. There is no formal dress code here really. People wear what’s comfortable and focus on getting their spreadsheets and reports finished. It’s an honest day's work. We don't spend time on fancy presentations about our values. We just do the work we are paid for and try to do it right. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the power flickers, but that is just part of being in this part of town. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of the building and the neighbors. It’s a decent place to spend our working hours without too much fuss.
