We are based in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, specifically at K-165 in the LIC Colony, Jeevan Niketan. It’s a well-known part of the area, and most people can find us without too much trouble. Our office is a simple place where we handle the Adecco India operations for this district. It’s not one of those high-rise buildings you see in Gurgaon. We’re right here in the colony, which makes it feel a bit more like a local business. We have a few rooms dedicated to interviews and administrative work. The phones are usually ringing quite a bit, especially in the mornings. We don't really do the whole corporate marketing thing. We just tell people what roles are available and what the requirements are. It’s very direct. Delhi can be a bit chaotic with the noise and the heat, but we have a good setup inside. We’ve been here long enough that we know the neighbors and the local shops. A lot of our day is spent looking at screens and talking to people on the phone. We try to keep things organized, even if there are stacks of resumes on the corners of the desks. It’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We don't have any grand slogans. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything runs smoothly for the people we’re helping. It's just a regular day for us.
