Our office is in Rohini Sector 8, right in House Number 19 in Pocket B 4. It’s a typical Delhi neighborhood where things are always moving. We have been operating out of this house for a while now, focusing on the health sector side of things. It’s mostly administrative work, dealing with records and coordination. The rooms are filled with folders and computers, and there is always a pot of tea going somewhere. Being in a residential pocket means it’s relatively quiet compared to the main roads, which helps when you have to concentrate on paperwork. We don't really have a corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us sitting at our desks. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and you can hear them through the windows. The space is a bit tight because of all the files we have to keep, but it's organized in a way that makes sense to us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing away at the keyboards. It’s not the kind of place people visit for fun, but we get the work done. The heat in Delhi during the summer makes the AC work overtime, and we just try to stay cool while managing the health services tasks. It’s a simple setup, nothing more and nothing less. We just come in, do what needs doing for the day, and head home. That is basically our whole routine here.
