Our team is based right here in New Delhi. We go by the name Accenture Management Consulting, and we’ve been working in the city for quite some time now. Being in a place like Delhi means you’re always in the middle of everything, which suits the kind of consulting work we do. We don't have a fancy storefront or anything like that; we’re just a group of people in an office space trying to help businesses get their operations in order. The day-to-day usually involves a lot of meetings, phone calls, and looking over various reports. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s what we’re good at. The office can get a bit hectic when we have a big deadline coming up, but we usually manage to keep things under control. We use simple English and try to avoid all that corporate jargon that people usually expect from consultants. We’d rather just tell it like it is. Most of us have lived in the city for years, so we’re used to the pace here. We grab lunch from the local spots and deal with the Delhi traffic just like everyone else. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide some useful advice and management support to the folks who hire us. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we enjoy the variety of problems we get to solve.
