Aatelecall Pvt Ltd

We are located in the Old Double Storey Building in Lajpat Nagar, specifically at number 3 16. It’s an older part of New Delhi, so things can get a little crowded around here. Aatelecall Pvt Ltd is basically a group of us sitting at desks with headsets. We handle a lot of phone calls all day. It gets pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, but we've gotten used to the noise over the years. The office isn't very big, and we share the space with a lot of filing cabinets and some old fans that hum a bit too much. We try to keep up with all the calls coming in. Some days are busier than others. Usually, Mondays are the toughest. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk up the stairs and we are right there. Most of us have lived in the city our whole lives. We take our lunch breaks together at the little stalls nearby. It’s honest work and we try to do it as well as we can. Sometimes the phones act up, but we fix them and keep going. We aren't looking to grow into a massive corporation. We just want to keep our desks full and make sure the people on the other end of the line get what they need. It’s just us doing our thing in Lajpat Nagar every day.
