Aarogya

Aarogya is situated at Green Park X 45. It is a nice spot in New Delhi, quite close to the parks. We don’t have a massive sign or a fancy glass front. It’s just a regular building where we do our work. We focus on health-related things. People come in with questions and we do our best to help them out. The office has a few benches for waiting and a main desk where we keep all the records. It’s usually pretty calm here, though it can get a bit hectic on Monday mornings. We have some plants in the corner and some old posters about staying healthy. It’s not a corporate clinic. It feels more like a place where you can just come and talk. The staff has been together for a long time, so we all know how things work. Sometimes we have to hunt for a file because the system is a bit old-fashioned. We use physical registers for a lot of things. Green Park is a good area to be in because it’s easy for people to find us. We don’t do any big advertising. Most people just hear about us from their friends or family. We just spend our days talking to people and trying to be useful. It’s a simple, practical way to run a business in the city.
