Aarna Recycler

Aarna Recycler is based out of Shahdara, specifically at A 450/1/B1 on Street Number 14 in Vishwas Nagar. This part of Shahdara is always busy, and our street is no different. We spend our days sorting through all kinds of materials that people bring in or that we collect. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. The yard is filled with piles of metal, plastic, and paper, and it can look like a bit of a jumble if you don't know our system. We started this because there was so much waste being thrown away that could still be used for something else. It is tough work, and the weather really affects us since a lot of our space is open to the air. On rainy days, things get a bit muddy, and in the summer, it gets incredibly hot under the tin roof. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. We just deal with people directly when they come to the gate. Most of our neighbors in Vishwas Nagar know us as the people who take the stuff nobody else wants. It’s a plain and honest way to make a living. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just doing our small part here on Street 14. It’s noisy, it’s dirty, but it is our work and we do it every day. We just keep going until the yard is clear.
