If you find yourself in Jyoti Nagar, you might pass by H 57, which is where Aadvantage Research is located. It’s a quiet enough spot for the kind of work we do here. Research involves a lot of sitting around and looking at data on screens or reading through old reports, so we don't need a massive storefront. The building is just a regular place where we set up our computers and desks. Sometimes it feels like we are surrounded by piles of papers and notebooks, especially when a project is right in the middle of getting finished. We spend hours trying to find specific bits of information that might be useful. It’s not the most exciting thing to watch from the outside, but it keeps us focused. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays calm during the day, which helps when you need to think. Occasionally, we have to go out and gather facts or talk to people, but a lot of the heavy lifting happens right here at the desk. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the way the light hits the office in the afternoon. It’s just a small group of us working through various tasks. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist, you just walk in and see us working. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it suits the kind of research we enjoy doing.
