A R G Personnel Network Pvt Ltd is situated at Delhi G P O 291. We have been here for a good while, working in the middle of all the noise and bustle of the city. Our day-to-day is mostly about people. We talk to folks who are looking for a new start and companies that need an extra hand. It’s a lot of sitting across from someone and listening to their story. The office at 291 isn't fancy. We have rows of filing cabinets and desks that have seen better days. It feels lived in. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity with polished floors. We just want to get people into jobs. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and it gets a bit stressful, but we just take it one call at a time. The G P O area is always crowded, so there is never a dull moment outside our window. We’ve seen all sorts of people come through these doors. Some are nervous, some are excited, and we just try to be a steady presence for them. We don't have any big slogans or anything like that. We just look at the resumes and see where people might fit. It’s practical, everyday work. We appreciate the trust people put in us when they walk in. It’s a responsibility we take seriously, even if we keep things casual around the office.
