A One Architect Property Consultant

Our office is located in Rohini, at building number 297 and 298 in Sector 7. You can find us at G 21, right on Shiva Road. It’s a busy street, so there is always the sound of horns and people walking by. We focus on architectural work and property consulting. People come to us when they are confused about land papers or when they want to plan a small renovation for their homes. The office is simple. We have a large table for spreading out blueprints and a few computers for the drawing work. It’s not a large firm, so we handle everything ourselves. We spend half our time in the office and the other half out at construction sites or government offices. Dealing with property in Delhi can be quite a headache, so we try to explain things in a way that makes sense to regular people. We aren't into fancy presentations with 3D models unless it’s really needed. Mostly, we just give practical advice on what can be built and what the costs might look like. We’ve been in this part of Rohini for years. The walls of the office are covered with old maps and project photos. It’s a bit messy with all the stationery and rolls of paper, but we know where everything is. We just try to help folks get their buildings right.
